February Cupcakes


For these cupcakes, we put a little bit of chocolate batter in our cupcake papers and put a small ball of chocolate chip cookie dough in the center.  Then we covered it with a bit more batter and baked it.

    If you roll the ball of cookie dough in a bit of flour it's less likely to sink into the batter and end up on the bottom of the cupcake.
